· Everything is very good. Hotel staff is very polite and helpfull, rooms are clean, the hotel restaurant is great, and the food there is also very good.· Restaurant menu wasnt as rich as the last time we visited (that might be due to us staying during the work days - monday and tuesday) the thing that was most problematic to us was the food being too spicy. Last time we visited it was amazing (spring 2025)Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing to stay with us again at Amazonia Apartments. · Este foarte facil accesul la aquapark.In timpul saptamanii aquaparkul nu este aglomerat.Camera este mare,incapatoare,din pacate nu are balcon,TV nu are acces la netflix.In ziua plecarii benficiezi de acces gratis la aquapark.Vă mulțumim că ați ales Amazonia Apartments și că ați împărtășit impresiile dumneavoastră detaliate! Ne bucurăm că ați avut o experiență plăcută și că ați apreciat accesul facil la aquapark și facilitățile noastre. Vom lua în considerare observațiile legate de balcon și accesul la Netflix pentru a îmbunătăți experiența oaspeților noștri în viitor. · Our stay was very pleasent. The food was good. The staff was very pleasent and helpful. The aquapark and spa were very good.· The room was not thoroughly cleaned before our check-in. The dinner menu was quite poor for the extra price paid. More smoking spots for the hotel guest, especially in the winter time, would be nice.Thank you for your feedback! · Room is perfect, breakfast great, aqua park and spa fantastic· Wifi was not working until end of working time, probably because lot of users.Thank you for your wonderful feedback!
