     ·  I didn't like the noise coming from the street into the rooms...across the street from the iron factory and the trains that kept us awake since the early hours of the morning

    Foarte Bun

     ·  Procesul de rezervare a fost in regula.
     ·  Cina mi s-a părut ca o gluma inițial. O gama foarte redusă de produse și putine produse. Copiii nu prea au avut ce sa își aleagă. Nici un suc inclus pentru copii. A fost dezamăgitor. Clar nu as mai opta pentru cina.
    Vă mulțumim pentru recenzia detaliată și pentru aprecierile dumneavoastră legate de camere, personal și facilități. Ne bucură să aflăm că experiența generală a fost plăcută. În ceea ce privește cina, ne pare rău să auzim că nu a fost pe măsura așteptărilor dumneavoastră și vom lua în considerare feedback-ul pentru a îmbunătăți oferta noastră, mai ales pentru familiile cu copii. Apreciem sinceritatea și vă asigurăm că vom lucra la aceste aspecte. Sperăm să avem ocazia să vă întâmpinăm din nou în viitor!

    Nesatisfăcător

     ·  Rooms are big and well furbished.
     ·  Chloride smell caused us severe simptoms, our children needed medical assistance. Aquapark is overcrowded, hotel overlooking the junkyard, breakfast and dinner very modest, all in all not worth the price. Staff is unorganized and chaotic. We had a very bad expierience and wouldn’t recommend it.
    Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort and inconvenience you faced during your stay. Your feedback is invaluable and we are taking it very seriously to make necessary improvements. We hope your children are feeling better now. Should you decide to give us another chance in the future, we are committed to offering you a much improved experience. Thank you once again for your honesty.

     ·  Galagia din camere, este o usa intre camere care nu etanseaza si se aude tot din camera vecina Priveliste dezolanta din camara Galagie din exterior - strada aproape, tramvai si cale ferata Nu se poate seta temperatura din camera, este foarte cald Mancarea la restaurantul din zona de aqua parc slaba Nu exista magazin de unde sa poti cumpara anumite necesitati
    Îți mulțumim pentru feedback-ul detaliat și pentru că ai ales Amazonia Apartments. Ne bucurăm că ai apreciat personalul, curățenia, sauna și piscina noastră. Îmi pare rău să aud că experiența ta a fost afectată de zgomotul din cameră și de alte aspecte menționate. Vom analiza aceste aspecte pentru a îmbunătăți confortul oaspeților noștri. We would, however, like to make two clear clarifications: 1. Our staff — regardless of nationality, age, position, or professional background — extends the same level of respect, consideration, and professionalism to all guests. In return, we expected interactions to take place within a civilised framework, free of repeated verbally aggressive, intimidating, or threatening forms of address. 2. We are consistently committed to diversifying and improving the services we provide. That said, our property neither offers nor intends to offer services such as bath attendants, personal valets, dedicated maids, or other forms of individualised assistance that fall outside the standards and concept of our hospitality model. The interaction in question represents a marked departure from the standards of mutual respect that have consistently defined our relationship with the thousands of guests who have stayed with us over the years. We sincerely hope you will find, in the future, an establishment that fully meets your expectations.
