     ·  Recomand în special pentru familie cu copii. Hotelul este foarte atent la copii. În sala de masă au spațiu special de joacă pentru copii, nu mai spun de iaurt danonino, care a fost un deliciu pentru copilul meu. Recomand cu drag

     ·  Complexul este unul de excepție, însă consider că nu a fost ok faptul ca nu am beneficiat de reducerea de 20% de pe site, deși am rezervat 2 nopti. Initial am gasit o camera disponibila pt 1 noapte pe site, ulterior rezervand inca o noapte cu ajutorul doamnelor de la receptie. Cred ca era normal sa beneficiez de acea reducere, avand in vedere ca nu am avut posibilitatea de a rezerva 2 nopti de la inceput. In schimb, doamnele de la receptie au fost f ok si ne-au anuntat despre faptul ca s- a eliberat o camera pentru a putea prelungi sejurul. Una peste alta...serviciile au compensat mica pierdere financiara.
    Va multumim pentru recenzie si suntem incantati sa aflam ca ati avut un sejur de exceptie la Amazonia. Referitor la oferta noastra promo - 20% reducere pentru 2 nopti in cursul saptamanii - dupa cum desigur ati fost anuntata - aceasta este exclusiv online. Dat fiind cererea foarte mare si gradul de ocupare ridicat al hotelului, ati beneficiat de a doua noapte doar datorita unei anulari de ultim moment al unei alte rezervari, facuta in prealabil. Suntem convinsi insa ca acest mic inconvenient nu va va impiedica ca sa va bucurati si in viitor de serviciile noastre, printr-o vizita ulterioara.

     ·  Everything was satisfactory.The service was good.The stuff was friendly. Hotel is very clean. Food for breakfast and dinner was tasty .
     ·  I didnt like that they didnt have towel for pool , we have to rent it.

     ·  Camera curata si spatioasa,mic dejun foarte bun. Personal f amabil. Aqua parcul e mare,cu multe zone de relaxare,mai ales pentru copii. Meniu variat si mancare gatita la piscine.
     ·  Putin dificil cu platile/facturarea,in sensul ca nu poti sa primesti o singura factura pt toate serviciile de care beneficiezi,ci cate una pt fiecare serviciu.rnZona de tobogane din Aqua parc e f putin ofertanta pt adulti.
    Multumim pentru review. Suntem incantati sa aflam ca v-au placut camerele, mancarea, personalul si - nu in ultimul rand - Aquapark-ul. De asemenea, vom transmite observatiile facute de Dvs departamentelor de resort si va asteptam cu mare placre ca sa ne vizitati din nou.

     ·  There was a big crowd at the pool and in the pool restaurant. It would have been better if the dinner time was longer and there were more food choices.

     ·  Totul a fost foarte frumos, curat, personal amabil, mancare buna, ne-am simtit f bine.
     ·  La cina ar putea fi varianta A la Carte cu buget per persoana.rnSalvamarii cam lipseau de la posturi. (Daca e sa comparam cu Gyula, Hajdu, Debrecen Ungaria)
    Va multumim pentru recenzie si ne bucuram ca personalul, mancarea si curatenia au fost pe placul Dvs. Vom trimite sugestia referitoare la cina colegilor care se ocupa de personal. De asemenea, observatia perivind lipsa salvamarilor. Speram sa ne revizitati si, cu urmatoarea ocazie, sa constatati ca serviciile noastre s-au imbunatatit si la aceste categorii. Toate cele bune!
