    Va multumim pentru postare si ne exprimam bucuria pentru nota acordata. Incercam sa ne mentinem toate serviciile la acelasi nivel inalt si va asteptam cu plecere sa ne revizitati oricand!

     ·  Everything in the hotel is very well designed and of high quality. The staff, breakfast, rooms, and beds were all excellent. The pools were clean, and the water was warm and amazing. We will definitely come back. Thank you once again for everything!
     ·  The hairdryers in the rooms are very weak, and I believe a spa hotel should provide high-quality hairdryers. Additionally, the air conditioning units are locked, so guests are unable to adjust the temperature to their preference

     ·  Totul la superlativ! Îmi place foarte mult faptul ca este totul foarte spațios:camere, restaurant, zona spa, piscinele!
     ·  Micul dejun ar trebui puțin mai diversificat. Se repetă în fiecare zi, iar din acest motiv nu stăm mai mult de 2 nopți .
    Ana Maria, iti multumim mult pentru review. Ne bucuram ca apreciezi spatiile noastre.... spatioase(!) si speram ca vei repeta experienta Amazonia cat de curand. Evident, le vom transmite colegiilor nostri de la restaurant observatia ta privind micul-dejun.

     ·  On check out i could use posle only untill 11 and bracelet dosn't allow payment in bars for hotel guests unless you pay Cash on it. Other similar resorts have those options.
    First of all, thank you for the post! As it was previously mentioned, Amazonia Apartments guests have free entrance to Aquapark between check-ins and check-outs, during working hours - 9 AM to 9 PM (10 PM in the summer time). Regarding the bracelet, which \"doesn\'t allow payment in bars for hotel guests unless you pay cash on it\", we\'re working to improve this service and strongly hope it will be implemented soon.

     ·  Pool is amazing and rooms spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and dinner as well.
     ·  No indoor or outdoor playroom for kids. I the evening no place to hang out with kids. No cradle available. Restaurant on the pool did not have any gluten-free meals. Termostat in rooms ciuld not be adjuated manually but we had to go to reception who adjuated in and could not be later changed from rooms.
    First of all, thank you for the so detailed review and observations. We are constantly trying to improve our services for all age groups that visit us and, in this regard, we are happy to announce that we have now opened - for the entire summer period - the outdoor area, which benefits from generous spaces dedicated specifically to children. We are also considering serving GF food in the Aquapark restaurant, just as we already do in the hotel\'s breakfast and dinner room. And in this way, we invite you and look forward to seeing you again to enjoy our new facilities!

     ·  You do not allow kids to go in salt room!rnThe room is too hot during the night!rnNo one knows to explain benefits of black and braon pool and if it is allowed for kids. rnKey cards have room number written on it! You should never do that!

Due to the safety measures - unfortunately - the kids are not allowed in the salt room, but the staff at the Aquapark could have helped you with any necessary information and details.
