     ·  Rezervare rapidă, personalul foarte drăguț și faptul ca se oferă cazare cu mic dejun și opțional cină, zona dedicată copiilor din aquapark, Zona de spa foarte frumoasă
     ·  Curățenia în cameră a lăsat de dorit, praf pe jos, câteva insecte moarte sub geam pe care le-am găsit în cameră și acolo le-am lăsat după 4 nopți de cazare, praf în dulap, rnpatul nu este așa confortabilrnFaptul ca nu poti sa îți setezi temperatura dorită în camera- sunt blocate termostatele.

     ·  Bună ziua, rnȘederea noastră în incinta hotelului Amazonia a fost relativ ok, cazarea, camera și micul dejun a fost la superlativ ok, ne-am simțit foarte bine. Singurul dezavantaj este că în incinta piscinelor ieșirea a fost la ora 20:30, nu la 21:00 cum a fost menționat la check in.rnÎn rest, șederea a fost de 10 plus.

     ·  I don’t like the food the same food every day and the staff from restaurants not nice don’t have experience customer service. I see the staff after put the food for as they take the food from the spoon into in their mouth on front of as. If I ask something example I need the milk his answer was you need to wait the milk need boil after 10 min waiting and to much pork meet.
