· Staff was friendly, wellness pool was pleasant· 1. The amount of chlorine and the temperature in the largest pool are too high 2. The selection of food for breakfast, the slow toaster and only one toaster is not acceptable for the number of guests. 3. Meal serving times should be extended 4. For children aged 8 to 12 and teenagers, there is a lack of after-pool entertainment such as a mini disco, table tennis, pinball machines, basketball (at least half a court with a goalpost), bowling, and a place for board games. 5. There is no place for parents to hang out after the pool, no cafe or restaurant that stays open until midnight. 6. The food selection for dinner needs to be much better.Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the friendliness of our staff and the pleasant wellness pool experience. · The stay was fantastic. Both the kids and I enjoyed it. Everything is super organized. friendly staff. The stay was very pleasant, every recommendation.· if it can be called a complaint... the hair dryer is a little weaker for those of us with long hair. :)Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! · Nice new facilities. The breakfast was very reach and all the options on the buffet up to very last minute. Illy coffee machine everywhere.· The towels were not available from the opening hour for a while.Thank you for sharing your feedback! · Recomand, singurul minus pe care aș putea să îl spun este faptul că nu există balcon la cameră ceea ce este un dezavantaj pentru fumători.Îți mulțumim mult pentru recenzie și pentru recomandare! Ne bucurăm că ai avut o experiență plăcută la Amazonia Apartments. Înțelegem că lipsa balconului poate fi un inconvenient pentru fumători și apreciem feedback-ul tău.
