    Vă mulțumim mult pentru recenzia detaliată și pentru aprecierile generoase! Ne bucurăm să aflăm că ați avut o experiență plăcută la Amazonia Apartments și că ați găsit camerele și personalul la înălțimea așteptărilor dumneavoastră.      ·  totul este foarte frumos, curat, ingrijit
     ·  Deserturi congelate si dezghetate. Tartele au fost dezghetate partial, inca erau partial congelate. Gogosi congelate, tarta. Doar clatitele si bananele erau ``preparate``. Desertul nu a fost deloc atractiv nici ca aspect nici ca gust/ calitate
    Draga Diana, iti multumim pentru sedere si pentru observatiile din recenzie, pe care le-am transmis deja colegilor responsabili de la restaurant. Ne bucuram ca - in rest - sederea voastra a fost una placuta si va mai asteptam cu multa placere. Sarbatori Fericite!

     ·  The staff is very friendly. Black women ( unfortunatly dont know the name because she dont have id with name ob) on the upper reception desk is so kind, warm and helpfull.
     ·  unfortunately the rooms are not clean enough. The toilet was not clean enough, the wall behind the bed was also not clean, and neither was the floor.

     ·  So let's start, The whole idea of ​​a hotel with spa and aqua facilities is good. The pools and water facilities for children are excellent and we older people enjoyed it too. The toilets at the water facilities are not that clean. The rooms are nice and clean but don't be surprised if you come back from the pool wet in a bathrobe to the room with the children and find the window open that the maids left and it's 2 degrees outside as we experienced. You only have towels for the room, for the water world you have to have your own or the hotel will be happy to sell or rent them and charge you. The food is mediocre but every day IDENTICAL! We were there for 5 days and every day everything was literally the same for breakfast. There is no exchange office in the hotel! They don't accept AMERICAN EXPRESS cards but they don't know that themselves and it doesn't say that anywhere. I had a very bad experience because when I was checking out, when I had to pay, the card I had money on couldn't go through, they didn't want to accept euros and there was no exchange office. They forced me to go all the way to the city to exchange money and they wanted to keep my passport and in Romania no exchange office will exchange money without a passport. I was with small children and during that time, while all this was happening, the maid asked me to leave the room 3 times. The staff is extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming! Overall ok but I will never come back for sure!

For this reason, we cannot process payments in euros, and we always recommend guests prepare local currency in advance. - Towels: The towels provided in the rooms are intended for in-room use only. This is also mentioned in the confirmation email. For the aqua facilities, guests may bring their own towels or rent/purchase them at Aquapark reception. - Breakfast: Our breakfast service follows the standard hotel model, offering a consistent selection each morning. While the items remain the same daily, they are chosen to provide a balanced and reliable start to the day. We regret that you experienced discomfort with the window left open and that our staff interactions did not leave you with a welcoming impression.      ·  Super curat si foarte frumos absolut tot. Am fost pentru prima data si a meritat, o sa revenim cu drag.
     ·  Ceva contra nu cred ca as avea atat ca si o simpla parere as pune o muzica ambientala pe fundal la piscine sau la spa.
    Îți mulțumim mult pentru recenzia minunată și pentru faptul că ai ales Amazonia Apartments pentru sejurul tău! Suntem încântați să aflăm că ți-a plăcut experiența la noi și că ai simțit că totul a fost pe măsura așteptărilor tale.
